To secure your spot in one of our tours, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total participation cost. If you cancel your participation within 40 days prior to the tour's start date (unless otherwise specified on the specific tour's webpage), you will be charged 100% of the fees as a cancellation charge.
We offer personalized payment plans, with details sent via email.
If the tour is canceled due to unforeseen events, we will promptly inform you and refund the full tour cost.
Booking modifications:
Once you confirm and pay the first deposit, it cannot be refunded. We are unable to provide refunds or credits for any changes made.
Under certain exceptional and justified circumstances, we may permit clients to transfer their deposits to another tour. It is important to note that the replacement should typically have similar interests and be familiar with the originally booked service in order to uphold the quality of our services. The final approval for any transfer remains at our discretion.
Accommodation
Cosmos of Culture/Ef-Zin Greece reserves the right to change the accommodation venue/hotel or other necessary space without notice for safety or very important reasons.
Participants are required to leave rooms in the same condition as at check-in.
Cancellation insurance
We highly recommend that all participants obtain travel, medical, and cancellation insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that may result in changes or cancellations to their trip.
Covid-19 measures:
As the measures related to the SARS-Cov-2 pandemic are continually changing, we are committed to regularly updating our safety guidelines. If there is a Covid-19 travel ban or any other ban related to the pandemic, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
